Hi, my name is Laura and together with my partner Clint, we run Groodles of Noosa. We’d love to share with you a little bit about ourselves.
Our Journey
You may be surprised to know that I actually described myself as a cat person for most of my life… that was until we welcomed our first Groodle into the family.
Ruby captured our hearts in no time. Not only did she have the sweetest nature, but a stunning coat, which was also hypoallergenic! I can’t describe the pure joy of seeing your child, who suffered from severe allergies to pet dander, finally get to enjoy puppy love.
We knew we had found something special and we wanted to share them with the world!
Our Philosophy
We meticulously hand-pick parent dogs based on their genetics and ideal traits. To be a part of our breeding program, our dogs must pass a number of checks including DNA, hip and elbow scoring, and temperament. In being “picky” with our parents, it gives our puppies the greatest chance of inheriting those desirable characteristics that Groodles are so well known for.
We pride ourselves on our ethical and responsible breeding practices. We’ve even recently made the decision that Chili won’t ever be a mumma. Instead, she will have the very important Aunty to all our puppies.
As well as being registered, we a Right Paw verified breeders.
We would describe ourselves as family-raised breeders, which plays a huge role in shaping our Groodles to be the perfect addition to your family!
Early socialisation is pivotal in the development of any dog – that’s why our pups are exposed to the love, noise and chaos of family life from day one. We follow the Puppy Prodigy Program, focusing on Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction. By the time your puppy is ready to go home they will have begun crate training and be confident, well-adjusted and affectionate companions.
We believe every dog deserves the unconditional love of a family and forever home … that’s why we have a guardianship program.

When you adopt a Groodle from us, you are not just taking home a healthy and happy puppy, but a whole network of support.
No matter if you’re a first-time owner or a pro at it, we are here to answer any of your questions and guide you on what’s best for your Groodle.
Besides having some of the cutest dogs on the planet (you may think we’re a little biased, but have you seen them?!), we also prepare them for a seamless transition into your family. All our pups will come with a month of FREE insurance, as well as a take-home pack to help alleviate the stress of welcoming them into your household.
Your take-home pack will include a bag of food, a variety of treats, a bed, food bowl, a stain remover (that actually works!) and much, much more.
With a total of nine children between us, Clint and I often jest that we are ‘natural breeders’, given our deep love for children and animals. It seemed only fitting to expand our growing family by adding some adorable puppies.
